Healing Hearts Grief Support Group
The death of someone you love is one of the hardest things a person can experience in life. You may feel emotions such as sadness, anger, and guilt, or experience times of anxiety or depression. All of these are normal responses to losing a loved one. Our group is here to offer an understanding space for you to find comfort and connection with people who have gone through similar experiences. We’ve learned that being there for one another is crucial. We listen and do not judge. We respect you by acknowledging your presence, your importance, your thoughts, and your feelings. We have created a safe space for you to share, hurt, feel, cry, and even laugh with others who are experiencing grief. We are here to walk through the journey of grief together.
