Hi! I’m Sam and I am originally from Long Island, NY. I am a sophomore Psychology major at the University of Delaware, with minors in Neuroscience and Business Administration. My goal is to attend graduate school to become a clinical psychologist with a specialization in the treatment of anxiety disorders, specifically OCD. My mental health journey has gone on for as long as I can remember as I was controlled by my OCD until I decided to get help a few years ago. After regaining control of my life, I really wanted to continue to understand mental health and be able to pay it forward. I am excited to be a Peer Lead at Sean’s house in order to help support others who are struggling because I know that the decision to seek help can be very difficult, and one person can make a big difference in helping someone and move towards happiness.
