Casey Stradowski

Hi !!! My name is Casey and I’m so excited to be a Peer Lead for Seans House. I’m from Long Island, New York, and am currently a junior studying Psychology and Business Administration. I started volunteering at Sean’s House as a Peer Support Specialist in the winter of 2025. 

When I’m not at Sean’s House, I am in a social sorority, Yoga Club, enjoy spending time with friends, and also bake whenever I can. I feel it is important to take time to yourself and enjoy every day, being intentional about leaving things better than how you found them!

Recovery to me starts with the realization that asking for help is the bravest thing you could do for yourself. There is strength in vulnerability. Accessing a space like Seans House shows you that there is a community so available and able to help you better yourself. You are not alone.
