Sean’s House Sussex is a completely free mental health and wellness safe haven for all teens and young adults ages 14 – 24 in Sussex County, opening October 22, 2026. Whether you’re navigating a difficult time, looking for someone to talk to, hoping to connect with others, or simply want to prioritize your mental health, Sean’s House Sussex is a place for you.

At Sean’s House, young adults can connect with their peers in a safe, welcoming, and confidential environment. Our Peer24 Support Specialists are young adults with lived experience who offer peer support, a listening ear, and connections to resources that meet each guest’s individual needs.

You don’t have to be an athlete. You don’t have to be in crisis. You don’t even need to know exactly what you need.
