Whatup team ! I’m stoked to hop on board as the lead of the upcoming Sean’s House Sussex. I was born and raised in Claymont, but am lucky to be able to call Rehoboth and Dewey my homes since 2015. I was able to secure a bartending job with SoDel Concepts in 2014 and haven’t looked back, working at various locations for our group over the years. My true passion is found on the volleyball court, whether indoors or on the sand. From my playing days at Sallies then on to West Chester University where I also spent 3 seasons as an assistant at Ursuline. I was hired as the girl’s head coach at Cape Henlopen and began in the fall of 2015. I also helped start our boy’s program, with our inaugural season coming in the Spring of 2021. My involvement with the Bump, Set, Light Beach Volleyball Tournament is what connected me to all the wonderful humans at SL24.
I look forward to bringing the light of SL24 into Sussex County. It’s a resource that I believe our community will dive into head first. I look forward to connecting to all kids in our county and ensuring they are aware of the resources and support that are available to them. I wish for our space to be a representation of our diverse community that ensures each guest feels welcome into a home that’s built for them, a home where shoes are always optional !
My interests are ever growing as I’m a lover of continuing to seek out new adventures – whether at home or abroad. Physical activity and fitness plays a large part of my life. From the volleyball court, to my yoga mat, or as simple as walking the boards, just getting out there offers the reminder of how nice a day can be. Before we go, I have to know, are you a sunrise or a sunset ?
