Hi, my name is Max Dugan and I use he/him/his pronouns. I’m from Claymont, Delaware and I graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelors in Psychology and a bachelors in Interpersonal Communication in 2026. I started as a Peer Support Specialist in April 2025, and as a Peer lead in Summer 2026 because I think that one of the most difficult struggles that a person can face is against their own mind, so I’ve always wanted to be the helping hand that they need in that darkness. Outside of the house I enjoy producing videos for work, watching TV and movies, listening to music, and walking around outside. To me, recovery is not a sudden or drastic process, it’s about making small changes whenever you can to bring yourself closer to who you want to be. A small change can make a huge difference, imagine how things would improve if the world got a little bit better every day.
