Domenic DiUbaldo

Hello Family! My name is Domenic DiUbaldo, I am from Hockessin, DE. I am a senior at UD studying Finance. After graduating, I am going to become a Financial planner somewhere in the tri-state area. My talkative and charismatic nature makes me a wonderful person to talk to and I love what I do here at Seans House. I initially learned about Sean’s House from a class here at UD from our own Executive Director, Zach Ryan. I initially wanted to have my team come for a Gather and Grow dinner. But after further research, I realized that this is something that I wanted to do. I think everyone in their lives has had a friend come to them in a time of need. I have had quite a few. And after realizing how many people have come to me in my life, I thought to myself, not everyone has someone they can turn to. So at that moment, I decided to become a peer at Sean’s House. And it has been one of the best decisions of my life. Through this experience, I have learned many valuable lessons applicable to every aspect of life. There is not a word in the English language that can describe what this place means to me. It is an indescribable phenomenon, and all I can say is thank you. 

At the House, I am a Peer24 Lead. I greet everyone I see walk in with a smile and a conversation about something philosophical, pop culture, or funny. Whatever comes to mind first. You can find me in the dining room talking to friends instead of doing school work. 

I hope to see you all at the house. Because if you are here long enough it’s not longer a building but a home.
